At Flex®, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
